Indeed.

Been looking at the leccy ones. rubschin:

I don't mind personally, and they aren't as dangerous as Mrs G makes out imo.
As safe as the operator generally speaking.

This CBT training malarky. evil:
Compulsary, and yet ANOTHER £105 rip off, and to achieve what exactly?
Wander around in a bloody car park full of cones to make sure you can steer the bastard thing without falling of it it seems. Banghead

This thieving cuntry actually IS doing me swede RIGHT in! Angry9:

Oh, and I believe you have to sit and listen to some alledged twat of an 'expert' rabbitin' on for hours about general H&S type shite things that no one listens to and takes on board anyway.
Makes my piss boil all this mamby pamby'in. cussing:

Rang MM's insurance again this morning, to see if I could find out exactly how much her premium had gone up by due to Mrs G's 'indiscretion' last November.

Oh no, they couldn't possibly do that. The computer sez no. ::)

However, the gerl did suggest, why don't I ring their 'new business' dept, and ask them for a new quote rather than a renewal from her.

Did this, and after the customary fifty thousand questions, she came back with a quote £700 cheaper than the renewal one! Shocked:
Would have been just over £300 cheaper again if it hadn't been for Mrs G's carelessness. Banghead

Moral of the story therfore is NEVER accept a renewal quote on any insurance. Go through the new business channel instead.

Still ain't going to be happening though mind you. evil:

Rip-off....... noooo:

P R E cciesly. Banghead

I asked the gerly just HOW this huge price gap difference on the exact  same policy between 2 different depts. in the same building and company could be justified.

Basically she said.......... Shrugs:

She did agree with me however when I stated that I thiought it was outrageous and utterly bonkers. ::)

She'll have no bloody option. No CBT, no insurance. It's the roolz now.
Jobs for 'The Boy's' and more money for HMG. ::)

It's like this piggin' CPC for ALL PCV licence holders now.
I've been offered a job driving a bus part time, but can I really be arsed spending £350 EVERY 5 years to sit and listen in a classrom for 5 days to some other twat prattlin' on about H&S issues and other such associated utter twoddle and shite?
This is what other PCV drivers have said it's like.
Pay up, do it, or don't drive. Simple as that. evil:

I KNOW how to drive a bastard bus ffs. Driven all over the UK and into Europe too, so I do think I have a 'rough' idea like. Banghead

The daughter has turned 17 and an uncle has donated a 2001 Citroen Saxo 1.1 Finesse. Which she doesn't want  ::)

Fully comp insurance for her on a provisional licence is £956.

Seems cheap  rubschin:
