Well while I'm not in favour of signing anything that gives anyone, everyone the unconstrained right to start a fracas anytime any place I or even you may be, there is a point that's come out the concerns me

It seems the incident occurred last week but was only reported yesterday.  Why the delay?  Surely not because someone was looking into the possibility of compo?  No surely not, that never happens does it.
