It's a well known dodge, form your own company, only pay a token salary but pay yourself a dividend as sole shareholder and reap the lower tax rate and extra allowance that dividends have.

Today I parked, as usual, in my own parking space. My permit was obscured by snow. I got a parking ticket. From my employers. To whom I pay a %age of my salary to have a car park pass.
