I forgot to mention. My ultra low tech paper and Post It presentation was, of course, a triumph. Ironically, the woman I was meant to see as, clearly having forgotten my requirements, had somehow split her head open while trying to set up a computer projector for me and had been carted off to A&E for stitches. angel1
