Just had a long convo with a parliamentary lobbyist ahead of Thursday's conference. She said "there could be an election within two months.................."

She could well be right.  Seems May has been told she can't have any deal with the EU other than a customs union and can't get a hard Brexit through this house (key vote is Thursday)

Very soon. But the Liebour lot are in complete chaos, so she might risk it. A new PM would have little choice but to call an election.
