A little farmers market has just opened round the corner, they sell a huuuuge lucky dip bag of fresh mixed veg for 65cents! I now have a kitchen full of veg including..... beetroot (recipes welcome) potatoes carrots banana peppers massive courgettes massive onion...........and a swede, what do I do with a swede? any helpful tips please?

Will try both. My Dad is Polish and I think I recall my Nana making the soup when I was little.By the way, vodka is never optional, always compulsory
