Characteristics of your ideal woman

One of the blokes at work has just defined his notion of the perfect woman.

Apparently she would be :

Blonde ( or brunette at a push)
Mute
Deaf and dumb
untreatable nymphomaniac
who owns her own pub
which is next to a football ground
