I have had accidents with that one as well. Growler was here. We had to set the result on fire  noooo:

The mix is good; it's the water temp that's critical. I started it around 6:30 this morning and had a quick peak at the 2nd rise it looked bootiful ... then the top collapsed a little on the bake  noooo:

Next experiment is Sainsbury's Italian herb 'n' sun dried tom mix   cloud9:
