Mid year appraisal time ...what a load of feckin nonsense....especially when you know none of them will get anything finacially out of it. They will all put in grievances and you will waste your feckin time trying to defend a policy you didn't create but have to apply - however unfair that may be  cussing:

Stoke on Trent today.  Went to the Potteries Museum.  Then on to buy a newer Berlingy.
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.
