That got a bit awkward  scared2:

My mate Nod teaches a WEA class on WW1. Today his students had an exhibition of their projects and I offered to go and help them set up as it is a only about 100 yds from here  angel1

One of the students had brought along a fine selection of authentic though deactivated weapons.

I helped him bring some up from his car

Which is how I came to be lugging a Maxim gun into a lift full of people. Not any people mind, but a load of Plod attending a Police Federation meeting in an adjacent room  redface:

I couldn't get my CRC certificate from the local police station - I have to go to Limassol tomorrow....  Banghead
