Tenant chess

Right. I have had three tenants in my 2 bedroom flat for three years. Two of them, a married couple, are leaving. Their son is staying. He is moving in 2 more people.

OK?

One is a bloke of his own age.
The other is bloke's mother.

Frankly I don't give a stuff as long as they pay the rent, but the disposition of bodies and beds troubles me somehow  confused2:

Good plan DS ~ here's a better one. Speak to your old mate Snoopy who has just such an item doing nothing in his garage. I am also available for installations but I must warn you that whilst it isn't illegal for me to provide the equipment it certainly is for you to use it.

Who cares? What people do in the privacy of their own home (even if rented) is their business.

As long as they don't damage the furniture and fittings.
