Inform ebay and reclaim your money .... they do have a robust complaints procedure, as I discovered when I made a similar complaint and they barred the seller for life.

I'm tempting fate here, but I must be lucky with goods sent to me..
Had a parcel delivered last Friday, was informed by email it would be with me between 12.30 & 1.30, it arrived just after 1.00.
Now washing machine repair men, that's a different story !

The same happened with my coffee bean grinder from Amazon ... 1st one disappeared but the 2nd arrived. Still no sign of the 1st  rubschin:
