Waiting for a delivery

I'm waiting for some furniture to be delivered. I should have received a call this morning confirming a 2 hour time slot. Nothing so I called the delivery hotline. It turns out the furniture is being delivered direct by the manufacturer so they couldn't tell me anything or contact the manufacturer's delivery people.

You must be rich ~ they charge extra for weekend deliveries. You would have saved a quid by having it delivered on Monday.
