It is nearly 5 years ago that I feel victim to slippery leaves and broke my (left) shoulder  cussing:

I threatened to sue the council. Every November special teams clear the leaves from my street every week  angel1

It's always the Council 's fault if there are leaves on the ground, ice on the pavement , etc .
