I thought I'd make a healthy soup out of the roasted veggies under yesterdays roast beef  angel1 . Added some stock, blitzed it...

It is disgusterous  sick2:   More like warmed up pond sludge  noooo:

Top Tip: After blitzing pass mixture through a sieve before adding stock and bringing to temperature. Discard anything that doesn't pass through the sieve.  angel1



Oh and this size of mesh sieve
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
