No, I'm pointing out the flaw in your argument by showing the difference between an ex hacker and someone who chose to rob someone at gunpoint on multiple occasions.
Except you have no evidence that HE did. Someone held the gun but unlikely to have been him as he was released after 7 years.
You're also ignoring his recorded good work since release and the number of suicides of people that have been hacked.
I suggest the GOP reaction to him being on a committee (ie not a decision maker) is mostly to do with his on the record opposition to Israel's deeds.
