When Mrs Nick and I got married we had lunch afterwards at the Star and Garter on RIchmond Hill. We said "Lunch for 30 people."  When they found out it was a wedding they went bonkers as they would have charged us three times as much for the same lunch, had they known  angel1

If you'd known then what you know now would Greggs have been involved? (Meals on Wheels being a tad unreliable)
Well, whatever, nevermind

A couple I know got married at Chelsea registry office (cos that's where the stars used to have their second weddings and they thought why not them too) then got two taxis round to the Ritz for tea with their closest friends (no not us)

Apparently the Ritz cottoned on immediately and were extra responsive (which takes some doing as they are  3 anyway) taking loads of pics for them etc

And I've always thought since that THAT was the way to do it.
Well, whatever, nevermind

WTF am I meant to do for three hours in sodding Hull???
Is it really a three hour drinks reception???
If so, what condition will the Boy be in by 4.00????

 facepalm:

Nick, it's Hull, the place they managed to misspell by one letter. Question 2 gives you the answer to question 1.  rubschin:
