Given your legenday misfortune and BM's infamous accuracy he'd most likely end up hitting you when aiming at the late Mrs Nick...  noooo:

Latest from Sgt Kylie   ::)

Good Afternoon,

I have been able to check the incident report and updates now. Unfortunately, we have still been unable to interview the suspect with regards to this incident – there have been several attempts made to do so and the suspect has cancelled on these occasions stating that he has been unable to attend.

The new officer in charge of the case is PIO 4392 BARFIELD who will again be attempting to interview the suspect this coming week. If the suspect does not attend, they will be circulated on the Police National Computer as wanted for the offence of failing to stop and be liable for arrest at any time.

Without the interview having been conducted at this time, I am unable to definitively state whether the case will meet the threshold for court, though it would appear that in all likelihood it will.
