I contacted Road Safety at the council to ask what they were doing about this problem. I was promised a reply within 10 working days, but reply came there none. I contacted them earlier and asked where my reply was. I have just had the following:

"Scott, this guy is being really persistent, what sort of tale can we concoct that would get him off our backs?"

I have replied, pointing out that I am not Scott  eveilgrin:

The latter being admissible in a civil trial for damages

Have you made a formal complaint - do so and escalate it to the next stage when the response comes back if they have suggested they have responded appropriately.

Also work out how much extra income this could be for the clown school / gubberment  - approx  illegal right turn daily x 365 x £x fine
that should make them sit up and pay attention sadly  noooo:

Strange how after this appeared in the press the poorly signed junction was altered within 24 hours  noooo:
