Car collected from garage

After driving the Nissan for a couple weeks getting back in B-Max was an odd feeling. It's so small and tinny  eeek: It was like getting into a child's pedal car.
Cue an Uncle buys a new car thread?
Well, whatever, nevermind

I didn't like the Nissan, too big and far too many gadgets. Though my greatest hate was towards the electric handbrake, definitely a step too far.

Some friends brought a cashcow in from the UK (nearly new). They complained bitterly about the beeps and boops that it makes and their attempts to reset everything and configure it as they like it...

To add insult to injury she parked it on a hill in the village and it wasn't there when she came back... electronic handbrake. facepalm:

Conversely, the Sportage is very uncomplicated and beep free... It has ISG (Idle Stop Go) which I really like... It has an electronic parking brake which I like but it is an 'automatic' so once in 'P' not much chance of it rolling away... It has 'Auto Hold' which I have to select each time I start but it automatically holds the brakes on once you come to a full stop - I find it very pleasing alongside ISG.

Bugger again!

Got to park my car this morning and realised I didn't have my Blue Badge.Must have left it in hire car. Phone hire company who say car collected by another branch but would get on them to search car. Get a call back saying nothing found which is odd because I'm adamant I left it in drivers door pocket. I certainly do not have it.   Banghead
