Change the table Steve. I have given up.  Thumbs:

I gave up a few years ago for 18 months, then started at the end of my divorce.  cussing:
Kept going for a while as I was pissed off, but thought I will do it soon (how long is a piece of string?).
Only since mid-week, but got the same mind set as when I gave up before and not even been craving for a ciggy since. I used to get through between 40 to 50 per day (20 less than Apey) so not to even worry about lighting up I would think you can change my status.  Thumbs:
