I understand that the brand new Pafos Mall is sinking under its own weight and needs to be underpinned....

facepalm:

No point in 8 months when the novelty wears off no bastard will be there anyway....... noooo:

It was quite busy in the coffee shops today but I didn't see anybody spending munny in the other shops....  noooo:

Did you past the now empty other 2 malls on your way from the motorway... noooo:  built 2 and 5 years ago......... Banghead

One opposite the Blue Cross and....?

The cinema type thingy at the top .... noooo:

One of the locals is a recently retired electrician and his wife works in a charity shop in Newbury.
People keep offering them electrical goods, which they can't sell because they have to be safety checked and that costs them too much.
He is fully qualified and has properly calibrated equipment, safety stickers and so on.
He offered to check every item for them and certify it safe, at no cost.
They declined because he is not an 'approved contractor', so it all goes in the skip.  noooo:

I now have a nice Henry hoover, a pillar drill and a halogen spotlight for the workshop.  whistle:
I mostly despair
