We have good Mormon friends in Provo, Utah... they see nothing wrong in swilling down Coke...

Brigham Young only denied them tea and coffee.... not himself tho prolly....

I've had a few Mormons round here try and convert me and even if I was religious that would have been the sticking point. Their Law of Health/Word of Wisdom as supposedly given to Joseph Smith may state that the body is a temple and that and that by refusing such things as alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, tea and coffee you are closer to God but there is no way I could exist without blood in the caffiene stream. 

I did notice that asking about Cola did confuse the hell out of them as it also has caffeine in but isn't mentioned in the Law. 

Asking about the polygamy or Warren Jeffs was also a no no

Received a call from the local BOC branch yesterday asking me 'why'  we'd withdrawn most of our assets from them recently.............................they are apparently analysing customer reasons for taking their cash back 

It was tempting to be hugely sarcastic (but as you all know that is generally BM's forte) so contained myself my re-explaining the recent and ongoing CY banking crisis to them and also stating that I had thought the previous local manager was a jumped up sanctimonious twit and that also had had some bearing on our decision 

Nice of them to call though
