We experienced an outage caused by a cooling system failure at our Phoenix data center, which affected several products and services. Namecheap.com, Namecheap Live Chat, and our Email Help system are now back online. We are continuing to work on restoring all remaining services. For further details, please refer to our status post: [Updated] Namecheap.com Website and Services: Emergency Maintenance
