Resurfaced both lanes; and drains excavated and replaced, I was there 14hr's that day IIRC... and I was buggered if I was going to bring any home with me, why invite work  ;)

Rover 75, stationary at traffic lights, Vauxhall Viva ran in the back of it.

Viva: A couple of feet shorter, much steam and large puddle of oil.

Rover: Broken number plate light.

They don't make cars like that any more (either sort).
