I don't think that's going to be good for him/her.  Sure it's not Gypsum?  One way to get a cat plastered.

I have just seen an advert on the tellybox for a 'plug-in' to keep your cats happy and less stressed.  noooo:

If they do not like the place they can always feck off elsewhere.  Thumbs:

You could buy some Apey....but the purchase might stress you out like.  rubschin:
