I finally tracked the old trout down in the werld's most confusing hospital  evil: (It took me half an hour to find my car  cussing:)

She looks remarkably well (considerng the insertion of stents ( rubschin:) into her tubes and reckons she can go home tonight  eeek:

SHe wanted to hear all about Growler's visit and pissed herself laughing. I fear this turn of phrase is not a mere figure of speech on this occasion as she then told me me she had been warned not to coff or laff  eeek:  She ought to have warned me about this before I tild her of his encounter with the local laydee  ::)

Anyhoo, me and bikeman had to dismantle the bike to get it into my car. We used his spanner which he kept. I now have a pile of bike bits in my car  sad24:

More embarrased now than I was then tbh.

Not a pleasant procedure but when they work ~ Bloody marvellous things.

Of course mine didn't.  noooo:

They are of course still in there but the artery closed down either side of them .... very unusual so I am told.
