Finding a good supplier

Well I need to get some BBQ stuff and I have been  looking around for a good butcher.

Bloomin heck - you are going to an awful lot of trouble for this BBQ  rubschin:

By the time you have incinerated the meat will it have mattered where it came from ?  lol:

Well that went well  cloud9:

Some home made bangers, some good steak and then, on impulse, some ostrich burgers and a whole wabbit.

I asked about the provenance of the wabbit.

"Local and wild. My son goes ferreting"  eeek:

The people next to me were haggling over the price of crocodile  eeek:

I wonder if Growler likes Wabbit Pie  rubschin:

Pot roast in advance ~ remove all bones (and wabbits have a lot of nasty sharp little bones) then make a pie with the meat and serve cold as an alternative to the BBQ meat.

Another good plan would be to make a terrine with the meat and serve it with salad as a starter. cloud9:
