A pensioner finds a load of old VHS tapes in his loft and buys player on Ebay in order to see what is on them.

I've got 3 VHS players kicking around in the attic

I've got one of those VHS/DVD combos...  whistle:
I've had 2 both Toshiba and both failed just like the web say they would as Toshiba do power supplies like Poundshop do Mercedes

So now I just plug the VHS SCART output into the Panasonic HDD/DVD recorder - works fine but it does take a time
Well, whatever, nevermind
