I'm sure Nick can find an "English" pub with Sky and piss poor lager so he can happily watch every moment surrounded by lobster coloured, tattooed louts with beer guts. Their women sporting Croydon facelifts and inch-thick "slap" on their faces will be sighing and uttering "doesn't she look lovely" every five minutes.

I expect the wimmin in the household will watch it. There was some talk that the boys "ought to watch it as they have never seen a Royal Wedding". Rebellion is in the air! If it ain't on the Wii they have no interest.

SWWLTBO was in the crowds at Charles and Diana's Wedding..... That was long before we met.

I watched some of it on TV but we were all much younger and less cynical then.

I doubt that the wimminfolk will want me watching with them anyway as they always complain about my comments re the lower standards of drill achieved by the military these days. My moans usually centre around the "New" arms drill caused by the use of plastic rifles etc. and the apparent inability of the modern soldier to keep in line and in step.... But what would you expect from someone who spent 6 months as a drill instructor over 40 years ago?
