I am pissed off now....

1st friggin email of the day is some wanking arsehole who is project manager of a site  that is complaining that one of my team has responded to his queries to quickly. Therefore she cannot be professional and wants her taken off the case.

Oh FFS - he is gonna get both barrels  Banghead

Yeah, I;m pissed off too, went to my meeting .....(she was surprised I turned up )   got fvcking lied to .......feck all I could say coz I need their contract .......... cussing:

He has royally fecked up . Project manager on a huge property that some off shore company has obviously bought at a steal and they have knocked severn bells out of it , spent a fortune and now various departments are involved has to do a lot of retrospective planning applications and he also has to apply for a licence from us.  Keeps stressing how this is costing his client money in this delicate financial climate , but how he wants to work in partnership  bollox.

Literally he has said

" Dear Miss D

Thank you for your considered reply to my concerns about your officer XXXX. I am afraid I disagree with most of the contents of your email. I recognise you, as her manager, will support her involvement in this case but fear you are also not being objective. If I need to take this matter higher then I will as I understand the way local government operates.

Ms xxxx replied to my email dated 10-03-2011 within 12 minutes! My email was about 2 pages! As an ex council employee who dealt with many cases/ residents’ queries, I find it difficult to comprehend that an email can be properly considered and replied to within 12 minutes!

This raises the question of fairness and equality and whether this application will be treated fairly?

With all respect to xxxx, I would request once again a replacement officer to deal with this case till the planning permission/ HMO license decided."

As I am sure you will appreciate this will involve lengthy enquiries, interviews with staff members concerned, examination of all correspondence to date, meetings with superiors and possibly a full internal enquiry. I am not asking to remove Ms xxx permanently from overseeing this property. But, I request a temporary replacement while I am applying for a planning permission and going through the conversion process.  I do not wish her to be involved due to the reasons mentioned previously. Once this process is finished, she can oversee this property again.

Please note that I am trying to put things right for this property. Without your help, my work will be extremely difficult. I wish to concentrate on the actual work and not on correspondence only.
