Sleeping pills

Zopiclone are not bad; they knock me out for a couple of hours but I ran out of them. Someone gave me a couple of Mogadon for the flight back... 2 hours into the journey and a glass or two of wine I thought, right here we go and no effect at all  eeek:

What works for you?

Tonight it's duty free scotch on the rocks. The floor seems to have stopped moving but I seem to be swaying slightly  cloud9:

Nytol doesn't do it for me. I use valium and paracetamol these days. The GP won't give me any more of the powerful sleeping pills  Says I am getting addicted to them ..... and not the valium Doc? I've only been on that for five years when it is supposed to be used for "up to three weeks" according to the leaflet that comes with it. ::)

Quite often Nytol doesn't do it for me either but at least I feel as if I am trying. confused:
