Yes ~ I know what you mean. We used to guard a site in Ware and every time I went there on a site visit SWWLTBO would call me on the radio and ask "Where are you?" and I would reply "Ware". She would then key her mic several times in annoyance, making a clicking noise on my receiver, at having fallen for it again!
Happy days when things were Anna Log and I was not selling but managing guards.

For Uncle's benefit it was a Xerox site (he prolly knows it). We also guarded Northern Telecom (as was), Pitney Bowes and several other sites in Harlow.
Awful place Harlow...... nothing but trouble  noooo:

Many years ago I had a contract in Ware. Mrs Nick would call me to ask where I was. It always ended in a row  noooo:

My dog is called Skilos which means 'dog' in Greek...
