Michael Palin in North Korea (should still be available on Ch5 catch up)

Palin as ever is brilliantly observational but it's the country that's fascinating.  You clearly don't see the grimmest bits but he saw an awful lot that wasn't grim.  Controlled of course, any of us would be screaming within days but not grim

I loved the squeaky clean super modern airport that had everything except passengers and planes yet somehow they thought he wouldn’t notice

I kept wondering was there a hidden army of TMRs there also moaning about too many bags

They've offered me another free month trial and the likelihood is we probably will sign up eventually but with subscriptions to Sky, Amazon Prime, Amazon Music and Readly we are already overloaded with paid stuff to watch/hear/read so do I want to fork out another £8 a month?
