Saw it first time round ...... interesting but not as earth shattering as has been claimed.

In fact it sent Frost so far up his own arse he is still trying to find the way out.

Like to see him do it to Blair ..... but he won't.

In support of my previous:
Quote
"Peter Cook once said: 'The only time I have disliked David Frost is the period when he became inflated to an outrageous degree.'

And from Ned Sherrin:
Quote
'David always learns from his mistakes without ever actually admitting that he's made any'.

I also like this quote about Frost taken from Time Magazine May 9th 1977

Quote
It has been jocularly rumored in Britain that David Paradine Frost, now 38, aims to be Prime Minister by his 50th birthday. "Not so," swears Producer-Director Ned Sherrin, who gave Frost his first big job on TV. "David would quite like to be Prime Minister. And the Queen. And the Archbishop of Canterbury. But being only one would limit him a bit."

It is fascinating. I recall watching it and then reading the transcript in the 70's

Does he mean the 1970's or that he read the transcript in his 70's though Darwin?  whistle:
