I just got the Panasonic breadmaker, mostly because you can't get a decent loaf in Pissouri - and guess what, you still can't. What menu number is the best Nick IYHO? Do you use a pre-mixed mix or your own special mix? rubschin: I need help before Swillers chucks it cry:

You must consult the destructions. I have used pre mix and had 2 disasters. I have since experimented with different flours and stuff and have had perfick results. Going to try making a cake this evening
