I have tweaked my white bread mix;  ++yeast, ++water   cloud9:

It's come out almost like a brioche loaf  Drool:

I give you tonight's tomato 'n' basil beef burger on a toasted brioche wiv Caesar salad ...  happy088

I bought a breadmaker today.   I have not had one for a few years.  The last one I had would bake a 2lb loaf this one is half the capacity.  Can't wait to try it out.
