#1. Electric. Town gas was not 'plumbed in' in 1899 and in the 90's refurb British Gas' quote was prohibitive

#4. I'm still flexible  eyes:   ... just about  redface:

#5. Indeed, I'm still surveying the market  8). There are some good offers because retailers are desperate to shift white goods it seems.
