Right, I had a chat with my immediate bosses and I'm taking retirement at a suitable mutually to be agreed date. They are both on holiday for two weeks tomorrow so nowt can be done 'til mid August. It'll take to then to sort out the annuity anyway so no problem.

So, some time towards the end of the year I shall finish gainful employment.  eeek:  cloud9:  scared2: (and other assorted emotions)
