Wot he said.
TBH we would help if we could but we need more information.
Unfortunately, though he may walk funny, even BM doesn't have crystal balls so you need to tell us.
We need to know when it happens, if it is a regular occurrence (like at the same(ish) time of day), etc
If there is no pattern to it then I would suspect the router may need checking in case it is gubbed but if it has a pattern then it is almost certainly going to be either an overloaded and un-upgraded local exchange OR you are trying to run too many PCs and laptops off the one router and may need to upgrade that piece of equipment. Just how many routers, direct connections to PC and wireless connections are you running and how many telephone extensions are you running on the same line. Is your TV by any chance running down the same cable? All these things make a difference. If it is an occasional fault then it may be your ISP has problems .... who do you use, if it is BT then you should have few problems but some others are not so good at running three phone extensions + a wireless router and need a gadget to prevent "interference" when all are running. Are the laptops using USB adaptors or do they include an in-build wireless connection? All these things can make a difference and you haven't told us what your set up is ~ only that it sometimes lets you down
BUT if you won't even share the speed (as demonstrated by many and it is FREE) we can't even see if your equipment is performing properly or not. Using Uncle's excellent link you could run a check at different times of the day and evening and perhaps that might point to a likely answer. Not willy waving - simply looking for possible faults
Shouting that it is "not werking properly ...... sometimes" and saying that we are not taking you seriously are actually bloody useless comments to make because we are trying to help but without the other information that we have asked for we can't even guess.
So you are not talking to yourself but you are not telling us what we need to know to be able to offer advice and when we do suggest something you run a mile. Nobody expects you to be a techno whizz ~ Christ alone knows I'm know very little about how these things work but I can tell you what problems I have encountered and how they were solved.
Consider yourself bollocked!
