Foods of daily necessity

OK ... we can't do without daily nourishment, well not for long. This isn't about physiological necessities but the types of food and drink that you just, must have  Drool:

Following on from a conversation in the real pub yesterday, what do you really need on a daily or perhaps bi-daily basis to feel content?  razz:

I just have a passion for tomatoes  cloud9:   oh, and freshly brewed coffee,
