I'm not saying it's right - I'm just confirming that it is the norm especially amongst her peer group.

Of those that have been caught and fined they were mainly done so for uploading the material for these peer to peer sharing sites as far as I know.

But with typical teenage gerl logic she will assume you will be paying the fine. After all it may be her that is downloading but I bet it is your connection she is using.
