Outwitting slugs

Forget the Slugpoon.

Chilli chocolate does the trick. They explode 

Funnily enough I have just bought some.  Sooo what do I do with it leave it out to tempt them?  Hunt slugs bring them in drop them on the chocolate and stand well back?  Do tell and even better do tell how you found out about this.

I wondered that... what on Earth would make you think of feeding chocolate to slugs...? 

We're talking about Nicks vivid and over active imagination here.
I'm really suprised he hasn't written some very young kids fiction books tbh.

Yes that I can cope with that but it is how/why you thought to feed them chilli chocolate that is intriguing.

I carelessly dropped a bit. They slithered over to try and and BINGO! I wuld have tried the microwave but that is no longer an option
