And it's 40 years this month since this was released ( and I bought it)



Amazingly, on the last dates of the Urban Jungle tour about 20 years later (Wembley) they played most of the album  8)

I've still got most if not all of the early Stones albums.

Can't pick a favourite but I always loved the bass intro to Under My Thumb (Aftermath) and Bill Wymasn snoring at the end of one track on Their Satannic Majesties.

Amazingly, on the last dates of the Urban Jungle tour about 20 years later (Wembley) they played most of the album  8)


Mrs JOM and I went to that one, one of the reasons we went was cos we thought that they were getting older and it would be one of the last chances to see them. How wrong we were
