Bit of a day
Started with being blocked in our own road by unplanned and apparently unapproved road works
. Eventually got to Londinium to find the number 9 bus service had disappeared from the face of the earth. Reluctantly got a taxi to Olympia - £40 incl tax, mostly for standing still
. London's roads are just shit nowadays.
One of the most interesting taxi drivers, a very committed long term Arsenal supporter of Turkish parents and told us all about how wonderful Northern Cyprus (and Istanbul) supposedly are. Still not going.
Then the
Luxury Travel Fair - jeez there are some expensive options, the colocated mahoosive Christmas craft show (full of women, many very attractive
) , surprisingly excellent and fair priced afternoon tea at the show and a long trek home to find we were still default blocked from our road
And never crossed swords with also in London Nick.
