Well it's safe to say I'm off the Christmas card list with one of the managers tonight. Waiting for the last customer to leave to I could sort out the screen (why do people insist on watching all of the credits  noooo: ) and partway through the lights go out, now as they are programmed for safety reasons to stay on until the credits are over so customers don't trip on the stairs and it had been working normally all week it didn't take a genius to figure out some cheeky bastard had done it deliberately. So after a not at all sarcastic chat with the supervisor I found it the manager had turned them off. so I had a completely diplomatic and not at all sarcastic word with them about pranks against me being fine but not when customers can be collateral damage. To say they weren't happy with me would ne the understatement of the century. Apparently they looked at the monitors and didn't see anyone in the screen so turned the lights off, slight problem there. I'm a 6ft 9now rather irritated) Geordie and was standing at the aisle sear in the middle row while trying to telepathically convince the customer to leave so I could finish off and go home so even wearing all black I wouldn't have been the easiest thing to miss with the lights on.

Needless to say said manager is not happy with me  whistle:

Because many films have mid or post credit extra scenes.  Marvel do it as a default.

Your manager is an arse.

But that said didn't you have a mobile phone you could use the torch on?
Well, whatever, nevermind

Yes, that was the only light available for the customer to leave by. but using a mobile in a screen is complicated.
