7.30 am the doorbell rings.  The Scaffolders needed to do more noisy work that they forgot on Friday.  I'm trying to sleep after that 4.30 am bed time  Banghead

A morning of doing stuff all but then have to tidy up the heaps of junk that our garage is.
Well, whatever, nevermind

Well, yes... Sort of... ::)

I did replace five lights with all the associated drilling, filling and painting, etc.

But there was another light fitting (with no bulb in it) and another 'light' which was covered with a blanking plate.

Neither had power no matter how many light switches I flicked or combinations thereof....  rubschin:

I eventually decided to fill in the two lights and replace with solar powered jobbies...  evil:

But then I had a thought! What if a previous owner had removed a light on the patio and replaced it with the ceiling fan that was there. Logically, they wouldn't want two other lights on the same circuit that would have to be on all the time the fan was on!

So I dug into the switch, found some unconnected wires, rewired three circuits and it all works perfectly!  cloud9:

Now it looks like this...
