Coincidentally we have a man coming round today as we have a fence that's collolopsed.  Confusing as it was a fence we didn't put in but we have to sort it.  Ho hum more ££££s to find.

Lots of clattering at 1am...

Came downstairs and Smudger had brought a mouse in.

Spent the next hour playing 'catch the mouse' all around the living room. Finally managed to drop a plastic measuring jug over it while it was staring into my new torch.

Slid some card under the jug and released it outside unharmed...  cloud9:

Half expected a neighbour to walk past as I stood on the driveway naked or an owl to swoop down and take the mouse away - or worse!  eeek:
