A day of fiasco cleaner wise. Mrs K's replacement Dyson vacuum (don't ask) was due to be delivered by 12 noon. So we got up early just in case and track the delivery driver on the App (as you do) and he gets to within 10 minutes of us and then nothing until an hour later 'we're sorry you weren't available to take the delivery' message appears. WTF!!! So we escalate it and eventually they phone back and arrange a second attempt which arrives late afternoon It's then my job to fit the new charging station and usefully the hole spacing is same as last one BUT the instructions say I have to drill holes ~15cm higher than the old ones. OK so this is duly done leaving the two previous rawplugs to be removed and when I do . . . . half the wall falls off (well about 5cm diameter bit) So this is progressively being filled but meantime I fit the new charging station and . . . . .the cleaner when fitted hangs ~15cm higher than needed Meantime in the kitchen . . . .to be continued

When I explained it all to my solicitor her reaction was, "Do you know how complicated this will be??? "......but she has done a fantastic job in the face of complications (properties without title deeds) and some very difficult lawyers representing the vendors...
