A wasted trip to Kwik Fit  Banghead  Their website gave us the wrong tyre for the car.  And guess what, the right tyre is a lot more expensive.  evil:

No, appointment booked for 11.30 they didn't touch the car til 12.  But then they were continually interrupted by people coming in asking 'can you' to which the answer was always 'no, fully booked today'.

I quite like Kwik Fit though especially the Bexhill branch.
